What is a public adjuster?

A public adjuster is an independent, licensed, and bonded property claims consultant who represents the policyholder during the claims process.

Just like insurance carriers hire adjusters to help them evaluate claims, property owners are entitled to hire their own adjuster to represent their best interests.

Your public adjuster will work on your behalf to manage the entire property claim process alongside your insurance carrier. Our goal is to ensure the loss is adequately settled with your best interest in mind.

What does a public adjuster do?

Policy/Coverage Review

Reviews your policy details to ensure an insurance claim is necessary. Creates the best course of action for filing a successful claim.
Property Damage Survey

Completes a comprehensive evaluation of your property damage, gathering evidence and photography to document in the claim packet. Evaluates when to bring in outside experts if necessary (engineers, building consultants, etc.).
Files Claim On Your Behalf

Files a thorough, detailed claim with your insurance company on your behalf, so you don’t have to worry about photography, delays, or forgetting important evidence.
Settlement Negotiations

Negotiates directly with the insurance company on your behalf to ensure a fair payout. Coordinates the handling of funds between the insurance company and policyholder.
